Interior Inspections
- Walk through of every room to inspect for any visible damage and unusual conditions
- Inspection of all windows, doors and locks
- Visual inspection of hot water heater, dishwasher, air conditioner and washing machine
- Visual inspection of all sinks, bath tubs, and showers for leaks or moisture
- Flush toilets and run faucets
Exterior Inspections
- Patio or lanai including screens
- Visual check of swimming pool
- Visual check of lawn maintenance
- Visual check of boat dock and/or boat
- Garage
- Vehicle, if one is left on the property
- Remove all newspapers, debris or junk mail on property
Prices Per Visit
- $25 for houses 0-2,999 square feet
- $40 for houses 3,000-5,999 square feet
- $60 for houses 6,000-8,999 square feet
- $75 for houses 9,000 square feet and larger
Each inspection is conducted during the hours of 9am-5pm from Monday to Friday. If you should need more visits or additional services we are happy to customize a plan to fit your needs.
