When is the inspection done?
From Monday thru Friday during the hours of 9am-5pm.
How frequent are the inspections?
Once a week is standard, however, a plan can be customized to fit your needs.
How much does it cost?
$25 for houses 0-2,999 square feet
$40 for houses 3,000-5,999 square feet
$60 for houses 6,000-8,999 square feet
$75 for houses 9,000 square feet and larger
What if I need to add or remove services?
We are happy to meet your needs and customize your plan. Please call or email us if you would like to add or remove services at any time. If you have a request that is not on our list please feel free to inquire and we will do what we can to accommodate you. To see a list of additional services click here.
How do I pay for these services?
We will mail you a bill at the end of each month. Payment will be due within 14 days. We accept cash, money orders or checks.
How is it verified?
We will complete an inspection form which outlines all items we inspected and mail, fax or email it to you. It will contain the date, time and findings of our inspection.
Upon your request, if you have an active telephone in your home we can dial any number you desire to tell you we are in your home and are inspecting the premises. You will then have documentation on your phone bill as to the date and time of each visit.
What type of guarantee do you offer?
Since our services are for observation and reporting only, it is impossible for us to guarantee the safety or condition of your home. Sometimes unforeseen events can occur, even after an inspection. Anything can happen at any time. Our services will decrease the chances of a problem occurring through routine observation and inspection.
Are you insured and bonded?
Yes, Lighthouse Home Watch is licensed, insured and bonded.
Why do I need Lighthouse Home Watch, I have a neighbor who looks after my place?

With Lighthouse Home Watch we make regular visits to your property. Like clockwork, we will do a thorough inspection to make sure nothing is out of the ordinary. We provide documentation of each visit and report our findings. If something needs attention we can contact the necessary companies and arrange repairs.
